Potrero War Refund Policy

Refunds for pre-registration attendance fees must be requested by filling out the Refund form (found on the Potrero War website or available from the Baronial Exchequer) and submitting it to the Baronial Exchequer electronically or by hard copy. The submission should occur after the war has ended but within 30 days of the war's end date. Refunds must be requested by the one whose name is on the check or associated with the ACCEPS payment, and refund checks will be only made out to that name. Refund checks will be distributed after attendance records are checked and associated payments clear. Contact the Baronial Exchequer at exchequer@calafia.org with questions.

Merchants:

Merchants may request refunds up to one month before the first day of the war and receive a full refund. Refunds requested after that date will be refunded in full if a replacement merchant can be arranged. If an acceptable replacement cannot be arranged, the merchant fee will be held by the Barony and can be use as pre-registration credit for Potrero War for up to one year. Refund credits not used in that year may be forfeit to the Barony. No refunds will be granted or credit given for merchants who fail to show at the war without prior notification of the Potrero Merchant Autocrat.
